We make every effort to ensure your cheese arrives in the very best possible condition.

Your cheese is hand cut to order and carefully packed before being sent that day via UKmail (DPD) overnight courier delivery with tracking. It will require a signature on delivery, and we cannot accept responsibility for the condition of the goods or non-receipt if the delivery is not signed for.
UK mainland delivery charge (excluding Highlands & Islands) is just £6 per delivery address whatever the size of your order.

Our dispatch days are Monday to Thursday, for delivery Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and means your cheese does not wait in a depot over a weekend.
We will email you when your cheese has been dispatched and let you know it’s expected delivery date.

Care of your Cheese
Your order will come with a Care card to help you enjoy your cheese at its very best.
Cheese is a living food and a whole cheese will always keep better than a cut wedge, which are best eaten as soon as you can. Larger pieces of cheese will keep better than small ones.
In general there are few hard and fast rules, our cheeses will respond differently to different environments and as conditions change with the seasons so will the cheese.
Our cheese is best kept in a refrigerator if not to be eaten straight away.
On arrival please remove cheese from the outer packaging and store in a sealed food storage box inside the ‘fridge.
After a few days re-wrap with cling film and try to keep particularly pungent cheeses separate as otherwise their flavours can mingle.
For taste and aroma your cheese is best eaten at ‘room temperature’ so allow to stand out of the ‘fridge’ for an hour or two before eating.
Don't worry if your cheese develops a bloom on a cut surface, it's easily removed by drawing a sharp knife across the surface.
